Specifications

The OPE1000 tray sealer is a semi-automatic packaging machine: trays (or any other container) are manually inserted into the machine but the sealing operation is automatic.

  • External or integral* vacuum pump of 43 m3/h (*depending on the option chosen)
  • Threshold control for vacuum and gas pressure
  • Stainless steel casing, treated aluminium tools
  • Sealing area: 390×290 mm
  • Standard electrical, pneumatical and mechanical components adapted to agrifood environment
  • Variable dimensions according to the model

 
 
Options:
– Tooling technologies for aluminium, ceramic, glass…(requiring cooling with water)
